Recommend, Accept or Reject a proposal
The Quotation Center allows you to perform a number of actions on providers' proposals. The Accept, Recommend, Reject Actions add a level of approval that allows for an approver to oversee the proposal life cycle.
Note: You must have the Force Recommend parameter enabled to have these actions and statuses available.
-
Recommending a proposal means that you need an approver to confirm the choice of proposal.
-
Accepting a proposal means that you, the designated approver, are approving that proposal.
-
Rejecting a proposal means that you don't agree with the submitted proposal but you would like to the provider an opportunity to submit a new proposal.
